In 2014, the head office organized the democratic evaluation activity to against the thought of “formalism and bureaucracy”.
In 2015, the head office developed the activities of striving for “four-strong department” and “four-strength employee” and put forward the objective against “four bad phenomena”, i.e. “have no dare to bear, have no motive for progress, have the departmentalism idea and have the utilitarian idea”.
In 2016, the head office advocated “four pursuits and four emphases”, i.e. the“pursuit of progress and emphasis of responsibility; pursuit of discipline and emphasis of risk; pursuit of learning and emphasis of innovation; pursuit of team work and emphasis of coordination”.
In 2017, the head office organized an ideological emancipation discussion and held a press conference based on innovation and ability building.
