Definition

It refers to the house mortgage loans made to the successful bidder (hereinafter referred to as the borrower) who meets the mortgage loan application conditions of the Bank. The borrower can obtain the mortgage loans in advance with the third party guarantee to shorten the house handover period. The third party shall guarantee the subsequent property transfer and mortgage process to prevent the possible risk.

Applicable scope

Any natural person who meets the judicially sold house mortgage loan conditions of the Bank.
